Terms and Conditions

Where the option is chosen by the customer to write their own text, the text will be written exactly as provided. It is the customers responsibility to check the spelling, grammar and text provided.
Where customers provide text as general comments, names will be taken exactly as provided to TinyTales.com.au. The customer should be sure to provide correct name details as they would like written in the book.
Where customers provide text as general comments, TinyTales.com.au will write a story around the text provided. It is Tiny Tales objective to provide a story the customer is happy with, but no refunds will be provided if the customer is unhappy with the story. Customers should take the “Edit Option” if they are concerned about this or provide “Exact Text”.
In producing the Tiny Tales products, TinyTales.com.au assumes that the copyright in the text and all photographs is held by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for unauthorised use of copyright material.
The page order of a Tiny Tales book will be as per the specifications of the customer, in the order submission. Calendar page order will follow the same page order, in calendar month sequence.
If the selection is made for “Tiny Tales to determine the page order”, then Tiny Tales will set the order as it sees best fit. No refunds will be given if the customer is unhappy with the order selected.
TinyTales.com.au will not be held responsible for inappropriate picture or poor image quality.

All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below.
The customer accepts these conditions when submitting an order to TinyTales.com.au

The customer is responsible for the photographs and text submitted, and in obeying the laws of Australia. TinyTales.com.au does not accept responsibility for the photographs and text submitted by the customer.

Tiny Tales liability is limited to errors which are related to text which Tiny Tales.com.au have written, production, shipping and delivery of the product.

Please note final colour(s) will be as close as possible to the artwork that appears on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be exactly the same as the final purchased product.

It is the objective of Tiny Tales to complete an order within 10 working days of the order placed, or if the edit option is chosen, 10 working days from when the edit changes are received by Tiny Tales.
There is no guarantee on the delivery time, and delays may be experienced at peak times like Christmas.
Products will be delivered by Australia Post. If you live in a remote area of Australia, customers should factor this into the delivery time.
If delivery cannot be made, a card will be left explaining how you can receive delivery or pick-up the product at your local post office (make sure you take ID with you).
If delivery is delayed, this is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.

Any complaints must be submitted via our contact form within two weeks of the delivery of the materials ordered by you.
If the complaint is justified, TinyTales.com.au liability is limited to resupplying the ordered materials again with the complaint ratified.
