Q. How long will it take to receive my Tiny Tales book?

Please allow approximately 10 business days to receive your Tiny Tale book from the time of order or the completion of your Edit Review (whichever is the later). Note – some delays may be experienced during the busy Christmas period.

This is because every book is custom made, individually prepared and written specifically for you. It will be worth the wait.

Q. What is the Delivery Policy?

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post's Parcel Post service. If you are not be available at the time of delivery, a Parcel Notice will be left and your order can be collected from your local Australia Post Office.

Q. Do you deliver outside of Australia?

We currently only deliver within Australia. We are working on providing this service for our customers.

Q. Please describe the quality of the paper in the books?

Both size books (large and small) are digitally printed and made of high quality gloss finished paper. The book covers are 250gsm thick, to cope with lots of reading and love which is given to Tiny Tales’ books. This quality is similar to most children’s soft covered books.

Q. Tiny Tales recommended care instructions

Tiny Tales books and calendars are produced on high quality, digitally printed paper. This is similar to many other children’s soft cover books. Tiny Tales books are designed to give to children. We want the kids to love and cherish them, and have years of pouring over the pictures and story. They are not designed to be pristinely kept, coffee table, photo albums.

We suggest you look after your books by wiping off any spills quickly and keep them out of the direct sunlight. But most of all – let them be loved, used and enjoyed.

Providing photos and comments for your book



Q. How many photos can I include with each theme / page?

The number of photos is limited to 4 per theme (ie double page spread). This is limited is so that the book is kept simple and focused – ideal for children. You can have less than this number of photos if you like, it still works really well.

There is an exception for the Theme: “Special People & Places” which is capped at 8 photos.  There is no text on the “Special People & Places” pages.

Q. Who owns the copyright?

You must have the necessary rights for all photos and text provided to Tiny Tales for the production of your Tiny Tales products. 

Tiny Tales owns the copyright of the design of the Tiny Tales products.

Q. What if I want you to make a slightly different book for me?

Tiny Tales books are already custom made for each individual. If there is something else that you are thinking of, please complete the Contact Form – and we can see what Tiny Tales can do to cater for your needs. Note – there may be an extra charge for additional customisation.

Q. What products are available and how much do they cost?

All of our products can be found under 'Products and Prices' on the Tiny Tales website. Please click here to be directed to the “Products and Prices” page. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Q. What is the size of the calendar?

The calendar closed is an A4 size, opens to an A3 size (ie two x A4 pieces of paper). The pages of the book take up an A4 side of the page, with the month taking up the other side of the A4 page.

Q. Can I order just a calendar?

No. Due to the large amount of customisation, the calendar can only be purchased in conjunction with a book.

Q. Can I order just a PDF file?

No. Due to the large amount of customisation, the PDF can only be purchased in conjunction with a book.

Q. Will I be able to print out the PDF?

Yes – you can print the PDF, but it will print lower resolution (print quality). Professional reprints should be ordered through Tiny Tales.

Q. Will I be able to email the PDF to my friends and family?

Most certainly – we encourage you to do so. If you are happy with your purchase - please spread the good word of Tiny Tales.

Q. Will I be able to print & email the PDF I receive as part of the “Edit Functionality”?

Due to the book not being finalised at this stage, the PDF security will not allow you to email or print. This is only available when the book is finalised. The Edit Functionality is designed to amend text or make changes to photos, prior to printing.

Q. Is there a time limit in which I must re-order reprints or re-orders?

All orders will be kept by Tiny Tales indefinitely, so you can return and reorder at any time.

Please note that Tiny Tales does not provide a full archive service, and will maintain copies of your files for your convenience only. Whilst all care is taken, Tiny Tales offers no guarantee for the duration of the availability of your files.  Customers should keep backup copies of your individual photo files and Tiny Tales files sent to you.

Q. How will the charge appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as TinyTales.com.au

Q. Cancellation and Replacements Policy

Tiny Tales would like for you to be happy with your purchase. If there is something that you are not happy with – please contact us so that we can discuss the issue and try to resolve the problem.

Please be aware that production begins immediately after submitting an order, therefore cancellations cannot be made or be refunded.

Replacements will be made for orders suffering defects due to manufacture, provided that the affected product is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Should you believe that your order is faulty due to manufacture, email us at tinytales.com.au using the Contact Form

Please take care when you provide text / comments, that all names are spelt correctly as you would like for them to appear in the book.  Additionally – if you click the option to “Provide Exact Text” please be sure that you are happy with all of the words provided.  Products subject to customer-generated mistakes including spelling, typographical or grammatical mistakes, low image quality or unacceptable treatment, will not be replaced. 

If you are worried about this – you can purchase the “Edit Functionality” where by you will be sent a PDF to review prior to printing occurring. Changes are able to be made to text or photos at this stage.  Please refer to the Edit Functionality page.
